- BAG / FRAME TO BE PLACED WHERE IT CAN EASILY BE REACHED BY TROLLEY (DON’T NEED TO BE PLACED IN FRONT YARD ONLY).
- BAG TO BE USED FOR GREENWASTE ONLY.
- NO RUBBISH, ROTTEN FRUIT, GLASS, METAL, PAPER, OR ANIMAL EXCRETIONS.
- STRICTLY NO DIRT, ROCKS ETC.
- ALL PRODUCT IS RECYCLED INTO MULCH AND MUST BE GARDEN WASTE ONLY.
- FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US WHERE TO BUY YOUR MULCH.
- PLEASE TRY TO KEEP BAGS TO A REALISTIC WEIGHT AS OUR DRIVERS NEED TO BE ABLE TO REMOVE SAFELY TO OUR TRUCK.
- BAG FRAME ALWAYS REMAINS PROPERTY OF “GARDEN WASTE BAGS”.
What if I do not require a pickup
If your bag is empty and does not require a pickup, please notify us 24 hours before scheduled pick up. If we are not notified that you do not require pickup you will be charged the service fee this is due to the increased running cost of the business i.e., “fuel” and staff wages etc.
How do I know when our next pickup is?
Your next 4 weekly/ 8 weekly service date will be stated on your current Calendar , If you require a new Garden Waste Calendar please contact the office.
Placement of garden waste bag
We prefer your bag to be placed in the front yard not the back yard, this enables our service driver clear and easy access to service your green waste bag.
What if you cannot access our bag on the day
If we are unable to access the bag on the day due to locked gates, pets or blocked access you will be charged a service fee $11.00
Payment terms
Our payment terms are 7 days, if your account is not paid within the payment terms your account may incur an additional charge.
Overdue Policy
If your account is overdue and failure to rectify late account by the 3rd Service pickup, your garden waste bag will be emptied for you to dispose of, and our frame and bag will be removed from site.
Garden Waste rights
Garden waste reserves the right to refuse supply and service to any person/client who does not adhere to the terms and conditions.
What can be placed into bags
Only green waste is to be placed into garden waste bags I.e. Grass clippings, leaves, chopped up palm fronds, weeds, plant trimmings, hedge clippings Etc.
Do not place rocks, soil, Logs, large tree branches, palm trunks, dog feces, household waste, food scraps, paper, cardboard, mulch, or wood chip into garden waste bags.
Over filled Bags
Due to WH&S and Work Safe Practices Over Filled Bags will incur an additional cost of $11.00 or you will be requested to remove the bulk waste from the bag and arrange an additional bulk pick-up service which we also supply.
Service Cost & Payment Options
Your Garden Waste bag will be serviced on a 4-Weekly cycle (13 pickups per year) you have the option to pay for the service per pickup or we have additional options as per below.
For a regular 4 weekly pickup service will cost $20.00 per pick up
If you pay for 3 pickups in advance your regular service cost will be $18.00 per pick up (saving you $6.00 per quarter)
If you pay for 6 pickups in advance your regular service cost will be $18.00 per pick up (saving you $12.00 per year)
If you pay for 13 pickups in advance your regular service cost will be $18.00 per pick up (saving you $26.00 per year)
Additional Service Costs and late payment fees
Additional Pickup between services $25.00
Overdue Accounts may incur additional fee
No Access fee $11.00

Special Conditions
Garden Waste Service will not be liable or responsible for any damage or injury caused by our frames and bags to any person or property if displaced from original service position.
